The 2025 Internship Programme seeks to provide recent graduates an opportunity to gain meaningful workplace experience for a period of twenty-four (24) months to complement their studies. The graduate recruits will be part of a supportive environment allowing for continuous development. The programme is directed at those who have completed their undergraduate/ post-graduate studies by the end of 2024 academic year.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling service requests, incidents, and customer inquiries
• Support troubleshooting and issue resolution for internal and external clients
• Document and track customer interactions to ensure timely follow-ups
• Assist in analyzing service delivery processes to identify areas for improvement
• Support the implementation of best practices in service management
• Help document workflows, procedures, and operational guidelines

Qualifications
